It is the policy of the Flowers to encourage Association members to agree to communicate by electronic methods. While not mandatory, every homeowner is requested to participate in this money-saving and efficient process. If a homeowner does not have access to electronic communication capability, the Board/Manager will send important communications by regular mail.
This sign-up form will be included in every new homeowner package. It may also be included with other mailings to existing homeowners and included with regular mailings to those who do not yet communicate electronically. The mailing list, including authorized emails, shall be kept current by the Board/Manager.
